Shipping costs and delivery time

We deliver within Germany and to further countries. The exact shipping costs are shown to you during the ordering process, before you place your order.

Delivery of pre-orders

Part of our collection is produced to pre-order. For pre-ordered items the expected delivery period is stated on the product page and in the order confirmation.

Wholesale

The delivery and payment terms named in the relevant order confirmation apply to wholesale orders. There is no statutory right of withdrawal in contracts with traders.

Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The details, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal notice.

Please return the goods as complete as possible and unworn. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

Damaged or faulty goods

Should an item reach you damaged or faulty, please write to us at fathi@erabynaz.com. Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected by this and are not limited by anything stated here.

Refunds

Once the return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the purchase price using the same means of payment you used for the order, at the latest within fourteen days.
